Rather than relocate, Rubiix decided to take on additional space adjacent to their existing office. The goal was to seamlessly integrate the two spaces to create a fresh, new space for the team.

Mindful of budget and overall cost, we took a strategic approach to design with a focus on delivering impact with cost-effective solutions, like the timber panelling featured throughout the space. New flooring, a coat of paint and simple updates to the existing reception area, meeting room and kitchenette delivered a fresh, modern feel.

The hero of the space is the open, collaborative meeting space, which provides an ideal environment for staff to come together in a relaxed environment. Importantly, this space is highly flexible and can be used to accommodate a variety of uses, including more workstations in the future.
